The use of material on AstroDate and www.astrodate.co.za:
If material is downloaded, all copyright and other propriety notices must remain intact. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent of AstroDate cc. AstroDate cc reserves the right to deny service if conduct violates these terms.
Copyrights
All material on both AstroDate and www.astrodate.co.za, including but not limited to pictures, images, graphics, logos as well as the display of aforementioned items is the exclusive property of AstroDate cc and is protected by South African copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Disclaimers
Each person attends events sponsored by AstroDate cc at his/her own risk, and AstroDate cc shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by AstroDate cc, patrons waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against AstroDate cc, its owners, managers, and employees. Furthermore, AstroDate cc reserves the right to decline to schedule any individual for any future dinners or other events sponsored by AstroDate cc for any reason. AstroDate cc is unable to guarantee any client any amount of AstroDates in any given period of time, as the availability of appropriate matches is beyond our control. The R95 sign-up fee covers the cost of the personality profiling and admininistration costs associated with sign-up only and is thus non-refundable.
Privacy
We maintain a commitment to the privacy of our members. All information gathered from our members remains completely confidential and is intended for AstroDate use only. All private information submitted by the users remains confidential and will not be disclosed except required by law or through the permission of the particular member, as in the case of profile sharing for the pupose of setting up 1-on-1 AstroDates. Our policy strictly forbids that we sell or give out member information to third parties. | |
